FAQ

Can I stop by and look at products?

Yes, we are an online store and also have a retail store located at Unit 1, 178 Siganto Drive, Helensvale.

One model of each Vuly trampoline is set up for viewing and a test jump.

Ozforts –  there a three designs with add-ons set up for viewing but not playing.

Do you keep my credit card information after my purchase?

No.  We actually never see your credit card information.  All your information is processed through our card processor company.  They collect the information in a secure server and then finalize the order.  We then process and  ship your order.

How long does it take for you to post my order?

Where possible we attempt to process your order on the same day. We use regular Australia Post for all deliveries, the Australia Post courier picks up post from our stores. Once dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post outlining your order tracking number and delivery details.

Orders placed after 11am on Fridays, across the weekend and Queensland Public Holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

How do I know if the product I want is in stock?

Generally, if you can see the item, it’s in stock.  If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately to advise on delivery.

What is your return policy?

At Go And Play, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Go And Play within 7 days of receipt of item(s).  Please email us at sales@goandplay.com.au This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  For an RMA form – complete the RMA and return to us via email or post. We will contact you with return details.

Do your items come with a warranty?

Yes.  Our products carry manufacturer’s warranties.  Generally the warranty is 12 months on most products
