Terms and Conditions of Sale

All goods and services (“Products”) supplied by Go And Play are supplied on these terms and conditions:

Returns

We Offer a Store Credit or Exchange. Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund (in the form of a store credit) or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you would like to return or exchange your item the postage cost is at your expense, both to return or exchange. By law we do not have to exchange as you have changed your mind, please choose carefully.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The purchase must be a Australian issued receipt and must be forwarded to sales@goandplay.com.au or PO Box 821, Oxenford. Qld. 4210 with a clearly written explanation as to why the product was returned.  Please do not send items without receiving a RA (Return Authorisation) Reference from Go & Play.

There are certain situations where only partial refund are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@goandplay.com.au

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from Go And Play if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lay By Terms: Lay By terms are strictly 6 months with regular payments to be paid fortnightly. Customer cancellation of Lay By will incur a fee being 10% of Lay By or maximum of $50, whichever is the lesser amount.
