Wholesale Go and Play General Conditions of Trade
- Separate applications must be made to sell your stock online.
- Online sales only permitted with pre-approval of Go and Play.
- We do not accept return of unsold stock.
- Exclusivity is determined by Go and Play, regular purchasing and location.
Pro-forma orders are orders which are paid in full at time of ordering. In addition to the above General Terms, please note that the following conditions apply to pro-forma orders:
- All first orders are pro-forma unless noted.
- Stock will be held for 7 days and then released or dispatched if we have your credit card details as confirmation.
- Orders will be dispatched upon release of cleared funds.
30 Day Account Orders
Account Orders are orders for which we extend credit over an agreed period of time. Goods are dispatched prior to payment. Accounts are negotiated and agreed upon on an indiviuial basis. In addition to the above General Terms, please note that the following conditions apply to 30 day account orders:
- All payments are due 30 days from Invoice Date.
- All accounts that are more than 60 days in arrears will be placed on credit hold and incur an additional 15% charge and may be referred for debt collection/legal action.
- All product supplied remains the property of Go and Play until payment is received in full.
- Orders are dispatched automatically at time of availability.
Go and Play is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed as available on our website are currently in stock.
The minimum is 5 units per order. Each kit represents 1 unit.
Goods are sent out from our warehouse in Queensland and are generally shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order, subject to availability. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the rare event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will provide you with a full refund. Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping rates will be charged after your order is placed. Please be aware that your consignment number will not be active for tracking purposes until the delivery has been received and scanned in by Australia Post at the local Business Centre, where deliveries are processed prior to being sent out to the delivery location. If you would like to track your order, please feel free to use the tracking number above and go to the Australia Post website to track it. Please do not sign for any parcels with SERIOUSLY damaged packaging during transit. We ask customers not to take orders for stock until it has been delivered, in case of unexpected delays.
All products and services listed on this website are described to the best of our abilities and using the information available to us at the time. Care is taken to ensure that this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of:

Each Flying Fox is sold as a Kit. One Kit is one unit.
Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.
In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:
- The product received is not the product ordered.
- The product has been damaged in transit.
Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Missing or damaged items must be declared within 7 days of receipt. We will issue with a returns authorisation number. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected. Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damages to products incurred during return shipping.
Upon completion of your order, we will supply a Tax Invoice to you in the form of an email. Please ensure that the email address you have provided us is correct.
